Phil Pedi
Phil Pedi’s journey into the world of sports started early, with a childhood spent immersed in basketball, baseball, and football. Sports weren’t just hobbies—they were a way of life that shaped his character and fueled his competitive spirit. That passion carried him through college, where he played quarterback at Elmhurst University and first discovered his deep interest in human movement through a transformative exercise science class.
After college, Phil stepped into the world of coaching and personal training, helping athletes unlock their potential both on and off the field. His approach combined hard-earned athletic experience with a science-backed understanding of strength, biomechanics, and performance. Even after a successful three-year run running his own fitness business and later moving into corporate sales, his heart never strayed far from sports. Throughout it all, he continued coaching football and training athletes on the side, driven by an unwavering passion to make an impact.
In 2022, Phil fully returned to his calling: coaching, training, and inspiring athletes to reach levels they never thought possible. This mission fueled the launch of Overtime Sports in 2024, and later, The Warehouse.
While Phil built his reputation working with athletes, his personal journey into golf revealed an entirely new passion. Like many, he started as a beginner, drawn to the game’s complexity and challenge. But through disciplined training and a movement-based approach, he transformed not just his own swing—but his entire perspective on the game.
Phil saw firsthand how strength, balance, and flexibility could unlock better swing mechanics, more power, and long-term injury prevention. He realized golfers needed the same level of intentional training, coaching, and technology that elite athletes rely on—and he wanted to create a place where they could access it year-round.
That vision became The Warehouse: an elite, comprehensive indoor facility where golfers of all levels can practice with purpose, train their bodies properly, and develop their games without limits.
Phil’s mission today is the same as it’s always been: to help people believe in themselves, take chances, work hard, and chase goals they once thought were out of reach. Whether coaching athletes or golfers, he’s passionate about building confidence, creating opportunities, and inspiring growth that goes far beyond sports.
